Role Overview

This position involves providing compassionate, patient-centered nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates care, ensuring individualized treatment and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and document safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication
• Promote teamwork and support performance improvement initiatives
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor
• Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and data collection to enhance patient outcomes
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with healthcare standards and policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing theory, clinical procedures, and strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain records, collaborate with teams, and provide education at all patient levels
