Role Overview: This position involves providing comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in a clinical setting, emphasizing compassionate service, evidence-based practice, and cultural competency. The nurse will perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with clinical standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation.Partner with patients and families using appropriate teaching and update methods, focusing on patient goals.Promote performance improvement activities, participate in shared governance, and support research initiatives.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled, future-ready nursing workforce.Engage in evidence-based practice, data collection, and protocol development to optimize outcomes.Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, ensuring resource efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Current Basic Life Support certification; BLS instructor or provisional preferred.Knowledge of nursing theory, regulations, assessment, and treatment techniques.Strong communication, judgment, and emergency response skills.Ability to maintain accurate records and collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
