About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg / Telemetry roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care per shift and unit needs.
- Supervise staff, delegate appropriate care, and support high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing practices.
- Coordinate and integrate patient care based on the nursing process, ensuring safety standards, risk management, and infection control.
- Perform emergency duties as part of hospital incident command, understanding emergency codes and protocols.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification (CPR), and hospital policies.
Requirements
Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
