Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical / Telemetry

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg / Telemetry to provide direct patient care, assess, plan, and deliver nursing interventions, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
• Develop and modify care plans
• Perform procedures
• Accurately document all nursing activities
• Administer medications safely
• Support hospital emergency protocols
• Uphold standards for safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• BLS certification
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, CPI, or NRP depending on the department

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing (preferred)
• Recent acute care experience (preferred)
