About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse (RN) specialized in Med Surg / Telemetry to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate direct clinical care for assigned patients.
- Supervise staff and delegate appropriate duties to ensure high standards of care.
- Support the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining safe practices, staff competency, and resource management.
- Adhere to safety standards, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement protocols.
- Perform emergency response duties including hospital incident command system (HICS) responsibilities and understanding emergency codes.
Qualifications
- Current licensure, certification, and CPR.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing preferred.
