Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical | Nights | 36 hr/week

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg 5E Role: Provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, adhering to organizational standards and values. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for adult medical patients.Monitor patients with diagnoses such as bowel obstructions, infections, cellulitis, diverticulitis, and pneumonia.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, complex care.Evaluate the care provided by other caregivers and ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact licensure.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Preferred: previous hospital experience, BSN, specialty certifications, additional licensure.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
