Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical - Night Shift

Role Overview The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and personalized patient care. They practice in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional practice models, and organizational values. Key Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families in decision-making.Ensuring safe, quality care through effective documentation, interdisciplinary communication, and collaboration.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.Mentoring and precepting colleagues to foster a skilled and professional workforce.Participating in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.Current RN license (single or multi-state compact).BLS certification required upon hire.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
