About the role
We are seeking a registered nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and delivering comprehensive patient care during hospitalization.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessments, lab data, and physician orders.
- Implement and document nursing interventions, administer medications, and coordinate patient care with the healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and ensure safety protocols.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, manage specialized care such as restraints and pain control, and address abuse indicators.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, teamwork, and cultural sensitivity.
- Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and quality indicators.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the relevant state(s).
- BLS certification.
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, confidentiality, and professional development.
