Responsibilities
- Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a designated patient population
- Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Leading and guiding unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Communicating and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Contributing to safety outcomes and enhancing patient experience
Qualifications And Skills
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
- Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
