About the role
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a fast-paced rural hospital setting. This role involves providing care in both the Medical-Surgical Unit and Emergency Department, assessing, monitoring, and treating patients with diverse medical conditions, from trauma to chronic illnesses.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care across multiple departments
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining accurate documentation using CPSI EMR
- Floating between Med Surg and Emergency Department as needed
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Experience in acute and emergency settings preferred
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
