Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical

Role Overview: A Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing compassionate patient care in a Medical Surgical setting. Key Responsibilities: Establishing a supportive environment, collaborating with healthcare teams, promoting patient independence through education, and ensuring quality care by adhering to standards and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications: Must be licensed as an RN in the state of practice, with a preferred bachelor’s degree in Nursing and healthcare experience. Skills & Certifications: Strong communication, emotional support, teamwork, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required. Additional Duties: Supervising team members, teaching patients and families about health conditions, medications, and self-care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
