What you'll contribute
- Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
- Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
- Provides care appropriate to the patient’s condition and age
- Documents medical necessity in the medical record promptly and accurately
- Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Conducts timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments
What we're looking for
- A current state RN license
- An associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support certification (required)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications (required)
- One year of experience preferred
- ASLS certification preferred
