Registered Nurse (RN) Medical-Surgical

About the Role

This is a Full-time, Nights position with a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus with a 2-year commitment. Join our team in Medical Surgical where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
