Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical

Role: A Registered Nurse (RN) position in a Medical/Surgical (Med Surg) unit, focused on delivering patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients, applying clinical knowledge and skills.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.Support patient education and advocate for patient needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.Current RN licensure in the state of practice; multi-state license acceptable per Nurse Licensure Compact.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Experience in healthcare is preferred but not mandatory. Key Duties: Work full-time, 36 hours per week, during night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) with every third weekend off.
