Worker Type: Regular • Day Shift • 72 hours every 2 weeks (Monday-Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Tuesdays off)
Pay Range: $27.75 - $41.25 per hour, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients and families
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following nursing standards
- Coordinate clinic patient care activities
- Prepare equipment and assist providers during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing
- Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to drugs and treatments
- Oversee appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency situations and maintaining timely patient flow
- Greet patients, prepare them for examinations, and screen for health history, vitals, and nursing assessments
- Document patient information in charts
- Instruct patients on sample collection and tests
- Respond to patient phone calls promptly with physician input
- Educate patients and families on diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and wellness
- Propose solutions to patient care crises and complaints
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies, ensuring cleanliness
- Prepare lists of required medical supplies
- Ensure proper labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol
- Perform quality control and maintain records for all lab testing
Requirements
- Ability to work the specified hours
- Visual acuity and communication skills sufficient to perform position duties, including distinguishing speech and other sounds
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
