About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is a licensed professional caregiver responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients. The role involves using the nursing process, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Affirmatively assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
- Elicit and evaluate information from other members of the interdisciplinary team, including patients, families, physicians, and support staff.
- Create and revise individualized care plans based on assessment findings and input from various stakeholders.
- Provide or delegate care according to the established plan of care, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust the care plan accordingly.
- Promote the nursing profession and collaborate with colleagues to enhance patient care.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Valid compact license must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required within four years of hire for those without a BSN.
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Pay
The hourly range for this position is $35.22 - $53.29, with actual rates dependent on experience.
Schedule
Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
