About the Role

Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing duties, administers medications, and coordinates patient care activities.
• Assists providers during procedures, examinations, and tests, ensuring proper preparation and equipment readiness.
• Monitors, records, and reports patient conditions, reactions, and responses to treatments.
• Manages appointment scheduling, prioritizes emergency cases, and maintains patient flow.
• Greets patients, conducts health assessments, obtains vital signs, and documents findings.
• Responds to patient inquiries, educates on health, medications, and wellness.
• Prepares exam rooms, maintains cleanliness, and manages medical supplies.
• Labels and handles lab specimens, performs quality control, and maintains testing records.
• Upholds the organization’s mission, core values, and standards of CARE—Communication, Attitude, Responsiveness, and Engagement.
• Complies with safety laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
