About the Role

Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing duties including administering medications, treatments, and coordinating patient care activities.
• Assists providers during procedures, examinations, and testing, preparing equipment as needed.
• Observes, records, and reports patient conditions, reactions to treatments, and vital signs.
• Manages appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency cases, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Greets patients, conducts health assessments, obtains history, takes vital signs, and documents in charts.
• Responds promptly to patient inquiries and educates families on health, medications, and wellness.
• Maintains exam room readiness, ensures cleanliness, and manages medical supplies.
• Performs lab specimen labeling, quality control, and records testing data.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Effective communication, visual acuity, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and professional standards.
