Key Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care to patients and families in our inpatient psychiatric unit
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu
- Providing education to patients and families
- Facilitating group therapies
- Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff
- 36 hours, day/evening/night rotations, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in nursing
- 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric experience preferred.
- CURRENT Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)

$76003.20-$163678.32 Annual
