About the role
The Registered Nurse at MercyOne Genesis Imaging Center provides specialized nursing care to patients during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The nurse coordinates care based on the radiological nursing process on a short-term basis.
Responsibilities
- Provides specialized nursing care to patients during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Carefully monitors patient responses to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Coordinates care based on the radiological nursing process on a short-term basis.
Requirements
- No Supervision: The job does not require the provision of guidance or supervision to others.
- Education: Associates Degree in nursing, Registered Nurse in Iowa.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- More than 1 year experience required.
Qualifications
- Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Handles limited resources with minimal oversight.
- Works with a diverse range of colleagues and patients.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Knowledge of radiological nursing processes.
