Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient safety and care quality.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor, promoting professional development and a healthy work environment.
• Supporting resource management and protocol development to improve care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and instructor/provisional BLS as needed.
• Knowledge of nursing theories, clinical practices, documentation, and emergency response.
• Strong communication, judgment, and assessment skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of patient information effectively.
