Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Interpret complex hemodynamic data
• Respond to the dynamic needs of critical cases
• Ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes through precise care adjustments
• Serve as a versatile clinical expert in fast-paced environments

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or equivalent
• Required certifications including BLS and Advanced Life Support
• Prior nursing experience in ICU settings is essential
• Strong hemodynamic knowledge preferred
