About the role
This role is based in Milwaukee, WI, at a hospital campus within the Intensive Care Unit Float Team, working nights on a PRN schedule.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-acuity care across four specialized ICUs—Cardiac, Burn, MedSurg, and Neuro—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet complex patient needs and ensure safety by interpreting hemodynamic data.
- Provide stability in fast-paced settings, advocating for patients and adjusting care plans to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- An RN license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license
- BLS certification within 30 days
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
- Experience in ICU nursing, especially with hemodynamics and floating across departments like CVICU, Burns, MedSurg ICU, and Neuro ICU
