About the role
The Clinical House Administrator RN oversees all nursing operations and intersects with facilities operations when needed. The House Administrator has decision-making authority and is responsible for the coordination of clinical management and safe delivery of care throughout the hospital. Provides leadership and guidance to staff regarding care management. Functions as a clinical resource and mentor to all patient care areas.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS Certification or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Current ACLS certification required or must obtain within one year or in accordance with department guidelines.
- Current certification in Neonatal, ENCP, or PALS or scheduled for an upcoming course preferred.
- Five years of acute care experience preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $40.06 to $54.20 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
