Registered Nurse (RN - Hospital) - Hiring Incentives

We have multiple Med Surg & ER RN needs in Panama City, Florida. Both day (7am - 7pm) and night (7pm - 7am) shifts are available. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available at the manager’s discretion.

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate: $30 - $48 per hour
• Sign-on bonus for RNs with 2 or more years of experience (case-by-case basis)
• Relocation bonus: $2,000 to $5,000 (case-by-case basis)
• Night shift differential: $4.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day shift: 7am - 7pm
• Night shift: 7pm - 7am

Requirements

• Current Florida RN license or compact RN license
• 1 year of experience in any hospital specialty (med-surg preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; ASN considered with solid experience
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for the specialty

Responsibilities

• Work in departments with varying bed counts depending on location
• Maintain proper patient ratios
• Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Perform duties requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
