Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN - Hospital) - Hiring Incentives

About the role

We have multiple Med Surg needs in Sanford, Florida. Both day (7 am – 7 pm) and night (7 pm – 7 am) shifts are available. Sign‑on and relocation incentives are offered at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care with a minimum of 1 year of experience in any hospital specialty
• Manage patient assignments; bed counts vary by location and department
• Maintain proper patient ratios
• Exercise critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment
• Perform physical duties requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Current Florida RN license or compact RN license
• 1 year of experience in any hospital specialty; Med Surg experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; ASN considered with solid experience
• BLS certification and any other certifications required for the specialty

Pay

• Hourly rate: $30 – $48
• Sign‑on bonus for RNs with 2+ years of experience (case‑by‑case basis)
• Relocation bonus: $2,000 – $5,000 (case‑by‑case basis)
• Shift differentials: Night shift +$4.50/hr; Weekend shift +$1.50/hr
