Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - Hiring Incentives

Compensation

• Competitive Compensation ($30 - $44 per hour)
• Sign on for RNs with 2 or more years of experience on a case by case basis
• Relocation Bonus is on a case-by-case basis ($2,000 to $5,000)
• Nights Shift Differential: Nights $3.00 per hr.
• Weekend Shift Differential: Nights $2.00 per hr.

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license
• 1 year in any of the hospital specialties med surg preferred
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty

Responsibilities

• Proper patient ratios
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds

Schedule

• Days (7am - 7pm)
• Nights (7pm - 7am)
