Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN - Hospital) - Hiring Incentives

Responsibilities

• Looking for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties
• Beds depending on location and department
• Proper patient ratios
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds

Requirements

• Current FL RN License or compact RN license
• 1 year in any of the hospital specialties (med surg preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
• BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty

Pay

Competitive compensation: $30 - $48 per hour. Sign‑on bonus available for RNs with 2+ years of experience (case‑by‑case). Relocation bonus available (case‑by‑case). Night shift differential: $4.25 per hour.

Schedule

Day shift: 7 am – 7 pm. Night shift: 7 pm – 7 am. Both shifts available.
