Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - Part-time

We currently have a part-time opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Worcester area working the Monday through Friday afternoon shift. This opportunity provides great earning potential with a competitive base salary and an uncapped incentive plan.

Responsibilities

• Assess and adapt: Evaluate your patient's current condition, medical needs, and overall well-being. No two patients or days are the same.
• Create and modify care plans: Shape your patients' treatment plans based on their needs, adjusting care as conditions change.
• Teach and support: Help psychiatric or post-op patients with medication guidance, wound care, and other needs to maintain independence at home.
• Communicate and coordinate: Keep providers, families, and care teams informed of changes to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
• Document and reflect: Submit accurate notes from home to ensure compliance and continuity of care for the next nurse.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• One year of nursing experience (home health or psychiatric nursing preferred).
• A drive to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Reliable transportation for patient visits.
