Schedule

  • Part-time | 16–24 hours per pay period
  • Working Friday–Sunday every other week

Pay

Pay Range: $35.00–$42.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Direct Client Care
    • Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures to ensure client safety and well-being
    • Monitor and report changes in client conditions, including reactions to treatments or medication, to the physician
    • Educate, supervise, and counsel clients and caregivers on care needs and support them in managing health challenges at home
  • Maintain Accurate Client Records and Billing
    • Document all services accurately and promptly using Vivie’s EMR system
    • Demonstrate an understanding of all payer sources and authorization requirements
    • Complete and document supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs in compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Care
    • Organize, develop, and direct skilled nursing services following nursing standards, state and federal regulations, and Vivie’s policies
    • Maintain the highest degree of quality care, customer service, and fiscal responsibility within the Home Health division
  • Communicate Effectively and Collaboratively
    • Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients, families, physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary team
    • Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to ensure cohesive and effective care delivery
  • Other Duties As Assigned
    • Participation in team meetings, special projects, or assisting in other areas of the organization to ensure client needs are met efficiently

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
  • CPR required within 6 months of hire
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured personal vehicle
  • Ability to pass state-mandated background check
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently to communicate with clients, families, and team members
  • Physical capability to perform job duties, including driving to client locations and providing hands-on care

Travel Requirements

Travel to client homes within designated regions. This role includes supervisory visits with LPNs and HHAs but does not include formal supervisory responsibilities.
