About the role

Deliver holistic, patient-centered care addressing medical, emotional, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patient status, develop, implement, and assess care plans.
• Provide direct treatment, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate referrals to community resources.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, offering support and comfort during challenging times.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning to ensure appropriate care and resource utilization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license in Maine or a compact state.
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and minimal supervision.
• Proficient in technology and electronic medical records (EMR); new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
