Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Hospice

Role: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) providing compassionate end-of-life care in a home health hospice setting. Deliver holistic, patient-centered care addressing medical, emotional, and spiritual needs.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate patient status, plan, implement, and assess care plans.Provide direct treatment, monitor patient conditions, and make recommendations for additional services and community resources.Build meaningful connections with patients and families, offering comfort and support during challenging times.Participate in interdisciplinary planning to ensure appropriate care and resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in Maine or from a compact state.Strong critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work independently.Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records preferred.New graduates encouraged to apply.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
