About the role
Seeking an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead hospice operations in Independence, MO.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily hospice program operations
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Leading clinical and administrative teams
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Driving quality improvement initiatives
- Managing performance, outcomes, and growth strategies
- Fostering effective communication with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Active Missouri or Compact RN license
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
- Leadership experience in hospice or home health (preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage teams and promote accountability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Pay
Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000
