Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Educator

Role: Home Health RN Educator responsible for developing clinical excellence through staff training, orientation, and competency validation. Responsibilities: Design and implement learning programs based on nursing standards and pedagogy, collaborate in performance improvement initiatives, and support staff development to ensure high-quality patient care. Facilitate ongoing education and professional growth for direct care providers.Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve safety, staff satisfaction, and care standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred. At least five years of clinical nursing experience, with two years in formal nursing education and one year of managerial experience. Current Florida RN license and BLS certification required; certification in Nursing Professional Development or CNE preferred. Demonstrates advanced computer skills and commitment to lifelong learning. Key Duties: Develop, organize, and evaluate educational programs; support staff competency; contribute to quality improvement efforts; and promote a culture of safety and excellence within the home health setting.
