Building Location: South University Clinic Department 3784000 HOMECARE - 32H HOME Job Description Responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions. Work Experience East Market: Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience. Education Qualifications Education as need for state licensure. Licensure/Certification Qualifications Certification/Licensure Requirements: Current nursing licensure in state (s) of employment.
