Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care in patients' homes

Qualifications & Skills
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- Minimum of 1 year acute care or relevant nursing experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong technology skills
- EMR experience preferred
