About the role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, providing personalized, high-quality, and safe patient care in a clinical setting. They practice under the guidance of Nurse Managers and adhere to organizational models, evidence-based standards, and ethical codes aligned with state regulations and professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families.
• Coordinate safe, quality care through effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.
• Support performance improvement, research activities, and shared governance initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, mentoring, and maintaining clinical competencies.
• Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and contribute to protocol development.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred.
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
