Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time - Oncology

About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork and a respectful environment.
• Support performance improvement, research, and professional development activities.
• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or compact multi-state).
• Certification in BLS required upon hire.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory requirements.
