About the Role
The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
- Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.
- Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
- Coordinate and document safe, quality care while promoting teamwork and a respectful environment.
- Support performance improvement, research, and professional development activities.
- Participate in protocol development, resource management, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or compact multi-state).
- Certification in BLS required upon hire.
- Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of clinical standards, evidence-based practice, and regulatory requirements.
