Responsibilities

• Providing care for patients preparing for or recovering from various medical and surgical procedures
• Cross-training across multiple specialty units to enhance clinical skills
• Supporting patients with diverse conditions, procedures, and comorbidities
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license in the state or valid compact license
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications or obtain within 90 days

• Oncology unit with 23 beds and a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
