Full-time Night shift
Pay
$42.36-$60.50 per hour plus competitive shift differentials for nights and weekends
Sign-on bonus: $10,000
Responsibilities
- Partner with a Nursing Assistant each shift to manage a manageable caseload
- Help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones based on their unique patient care plan
- Receive admissions and/or transfers
- Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Promote continuous quality improvement
- Instruct and counsel patients and families
Requirements
- Valid State RN License is required
- BLS is required at hire
Qualifications
Preferred:
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program
- Clinical experience
