Registered Nurse - Rehab Hospital - Full-Time Nights

About the role

This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. The nurse will coordinate care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care and assessing patient needs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
• Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and mission
• Performing physical tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or others as required
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various movement tasks
