Registered Nurse - Rehab Hospital - Full-Time Nights

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality.
• Perform duties in accordance with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or within a compact licensure area.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required based on unit.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
