Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. They coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality, aligning with organizational mission and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients

- Support patient rights and confidentiality throughout care delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license valid in the state or through a compact license
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications may be needed based on unit
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
