Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool - L&D Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in various medical surgical units including Adult Medical Surgical, Neuro, Ortho, and Cardiac.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and other departmental activities.

Requirements

• Graduation from a qualified, nationally-accredited nursing program.
• Licensed and/or certified in the state of Arizona with at least 2 years of recent relevant experience in the area of interest.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Life Support certifications (ACLS and PALS) may be required for certain departments.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona.
• Previous employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 1 calendar year.
• Previous seasonal employees must have not been employed at Tucson Medical Center for a minimum of 6 months.
