Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Days

Role Overview: This Float RN provides patient-centered care across 65+ inpatient units in a high-acuity hospital setting. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses educate patients and families, collaborate with the healthcare team, and adapt to diverse clinical environments, including critical care areas for ICU-experienced nurses.
