Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool - Days

Role Overview The Float RN provides patient care across 65+ inpatient units in a high-volume hospital setting, supporting diverse patient populations and specialties. This full-time role involves 12-hour day shifts with a $15/hour float differential and shift differentials, including every third weekend and three holidays annually. Nurses with ICU experience may float to critical areas, offering opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning. The position requires current RN license and at least 2 years of recent acute care Medical-Surgical experience . Preferred qualifications include ICU/Critical Care experience and a BSN or enrollment in a BSN program. Key responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care,educating patients and families,participating in safety, quality, and compliance activities,developing individualized care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
