The Float Nurse provides expert, patient-centered care across over 65 inpatient units in a leading academic medical center. This full-time position involves supporting diverse patient populations, including high-acuity and critical care areas for nurses with ICU experience. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, adaptability, and strong communication skills, allowing nurses to work independently in various settings while promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

• RN license
• At least 2 years of recent acute Medical‑Surgical experience
• Capable of delivering comprehensive, holistic care in a fast‑paced environment
