Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a supportive environment. Serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, the RN participates in performance improvement, maintains professional competence, and supports shared governance through council participation. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assist with care planning, and deliver safe, effective care. Communicate care plans and coordinate patient flow to enhance outcomes and satisfaction. Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate families on health issues. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals. Maintain licensure, certifications, and pursue professional growth through training and mentorship. Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional conduct in all duties. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN licensure (single or multi-state). BLS certification required. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
