Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, age-appropriate assessments and reassessments, including post-op and discharge needs.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessments, diagnoses, and protocols.
• Implement nursing interventions, administer medications, monitor IVs, and coordinate referrals and education.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring safety and infection control.
• Provide specialized care such as restraint management, pain control, and abuse assessment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, ensuring effective communication and documentation.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in applicable states with BLS certification.
