About the Role
The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing care during a patient's hospital stay, assessing, managing, and coordinating treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conducts patient assessments and documents findings.
- Develops and evaluates individualized care plans.
- Administers medications and educates patients and families.
- Recognizes changes in patient condition and implements appropriate interventions.
- Ensures safety and infection control standards.
- Provides specialized care for high-risk patients.
- Manages pain and abuse assessments.

Requirements
- Valid RN license in the relevant state.
- Current BLS certification.
- Adherence to safety, infection control, and performance standards.
- Effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
- Physical stamina and emergency response skills.
- Commitment to ongoing education and compliance with licensure requirements.
